I thought it was overzealous of Eve Langlais decided to put herself and other authors in the story and basically set her readers up to be abducted.

Very quick read I would have like there to be more.

Eleanor of Aquitaine and Louis VII have shared a 14 year unhappy marriage and at 29 she has reached an impasse especially when she sees Henry FitzEmpress who sets off a wanton rush through her.

After a shared night of passion they make a marriage promise to each other. 

Eleanor pleads with the King himself in an effort to complete her promise. Once her annulment is declared she returns home and follows through with her promise.

To me Henry seems nothing more than a child "Henry lost control and, throwing himself on the floor, rolled around telling bloodcurdling oaths before finally falling quiet and grinding his teeth on the rushed strewn over the flagstones."

I wholeheartedly recommend reading Captive Queen it is a informative and rewarding experience. An amazing insight into the past dated from 1151 all the way through to 1204.

From the minute Vhyl and Jilly met there is a chemistry between them. 

When Jilly's home is destroyed as Vhyl and his enemy are after xiix, a rare treasure. They both go to a hotel in efforts to his but with the FBI and Vhyl's enemy hot on their trail will they be ok?

I would recommend reading Holiday Abduction as it has some very entertaining scenes even if it is a short story.

Bucking family tradition, Dyre is determined to become his planet's first hero, even if it breaks his mother's heart. He sets out on numerous quests to save the universe, however his altruism never seems to turn out quite as expected. Who knew that doing the right thing was so hard?

In between saving those who don't want his help - and the chaos that follows - he rescues a damsel in distress. She doesn't appreciate his heroic abduction, and even worse, once Dyre gets to know the outspoken human, he entertains less than noble thoughts about ravishing her.

It takes only a couple of comical mishaps, some hot kisses and danger for Sure and Betty to discover their happily ever after - and thank the star for a heroine who ends up saving this hero from his chivalrous side.

First Impression 

Dyre is determined to be a hero, he just wishes that the "downtrodden and maidens would stop forcing him to kill them when he did them a favor." 

It's a little hard to form an opinion of Betty as Heroic Abduction seems to been mainly about Dyre.

My Rating  ⭐⭐.5

Taking place years after Dual Abduction, heroic abduction tells the story of Betty, who we first met in dual abduction and Dyre.

The pair first meet on a planet when Betty is disguising herself to acquire loot from the aliens residents. Dyre foils the Betty's plan by coming to get rescue.

I really liked the fact that Eve Langlais created a lot of action and didn't rush the intimate scenes. However, I felt that the character development of Betty lacked depth. All Heroic Abduction seemed to do was highlight Dyre's quest to be a hero.

I struggled on whether to give 2 stars or 3. But as I liked the fact that there was a great fight scene, the sex scenes were few but passionate I decided on 2.5.

I would recommend Heroic Abduction for the action, but it's a shame about Betty.

First Impression

Makl seems to caught up in the shadow on his mercenary cousins and plans to best them by any means possible.
Olivia we meet at an auction she tries to appear meek and innocent, but we later learn she is anything but innocent.

Although there was a prologue I found myself slipping to the first chapter....
 "Memorizing his handbook - A Mercenary's Guide to Prosperity" Makl want to become the greatest mercenary in the universe, especially when it comes to his cousins. 
As the story unfolds we find out more about Olivia.... She is a con artist.
Together they escape prison and the sparks fly. From there it seems to be sex, jobs, and more sex. I found it difficult to get focused to read from chapter 9.

I don't know if I would recommend Mercenary Abduction it seemed more like a chore to read.

I enjoyed dual abduction more than the previous two, there was a lot more humour and action besides the MMF sex scenes.

I would recommend duel abduction for the laughs

Aylia is basically looking for a sperm donor without going to the bank 🏦, as it is the custom on her adopted families home planet. She comes across Jaro, the typical bad boy in a fight.

After she captures him all the sexual fun begins.

The reason why is because there wasn't much happening apart from the constant need to have sex! 
Although it is another giggle fest, it would be so much more interesting to read if there was digging more happening behind the scenes.

First Impression

Megan seems to have zero luck in the relationship department...her boyfriend dumps her in the sea, trying to off her. Only for her to be rescued by Tren, who seems to be a world 🌎 class jerk, by accident. One minute they bicker and the next they are partaking in full blown sex scene. 

My Rating ⭐⭐⭐

The reason why is because even though I enjoyed reading it there was a lack of depth and detail when any action seemed to happen it seemed a little rushed.
